Much Baits work there (Garlic Sausage, Cheese Paste Supreme etc.) but for Tourney had Breadcrust work at best.Cast with both Rods in the Mirrorpicture of the right Tree (left Rod between 8-14 Feet ? right Rod between 10-20 Feet) you get bites any few Seconds (use sometimes Loosefeed - Bread-crust 1 Piece - when Ledger hit the Bottom or when Float need more as 10 Seconds for bites).

Baits = most Seabaits will work – but I used:
DB (Sea) Menhaden (full Size – 1 Piece)

or DB (Sea) Pinfish (full Size – 1 Piece)
DB (Sea) Finger Mullet (small Size or Size 2 – 1 Piece)

a couple of Shellfish will also work (like Scallops, Razorfish, Sandflea etc.)

Cast around 80-100 Feet slightly left (or short as possible) and let the Bait drift – maybe its better to start 1 hr earlier, because after a ½ hour the bites slow down on the Tourney time above.
